What's New on Strava: Strava connects to Claude , New Running Events and Races, and Club Messaging

Every update we ship starts with the same question: how do we evolve how athletes track, understand, and share their movement? This month, the answer spans your training data, the trails under your feet, and the community around you. Here's what's new.

See your training more clearly

If you train with Runna, your workouts now live alongside the rest of your activity. From warm-up to cooldown, you’ll see the complete session in Strava Activity Details, giving you one complete picture of your training instead of jumping between apps.

Your training history holds more answers than you probably realize. Now you can connect your Strava account to Claude and ask questions to get insights based on your training history, like “How did this month compare to last year?” or “How is cross-training affecting my running? Our aim is to make it easier for you to understand your progress and plan what comes next.

Head out with confidence

Looking for your next adventure? The Events tab now brings nearby club meetups together with tens of thousands of running races from around the world, making it easier to discover something worth adding to your calendar.

And if you’re in the U.S. or Canada, your next GPS-tracked run, walk, ride, or hike could earn rewards, too. Connect your adiClub and Strava accounts from the adidas Strava Club page to unlock opportunities to earn adidas gear, discounts, or even a year of Strava Subscription.

Bring your community along

The best part of training is often the people you share it with. Club Messaging gives clubs a dedicated place to keep conversations going between activities. Share routes, photos, and updates, create polls, and organize discussions with channels that fit your community.

After your workout, Activity Replays help tell the story of where you’ve been. Instead of a single map snapshot, your route comes to life so friends can follow your journey from start to finish.

Strength athletes have more to celebrate, too. Befit joins a growing list of training partners that sync workouts directly into Strava, while new editing tools make it easier to add multiple exercises at once and choose exactly what appears on your activity, including your muscle map and total weight lifted.
