What’s new on Strava
Multideporte

Welcome to our new series, where we share highlights from the latest updates across Strava—made to help you move better, train smarter, and stay connected with your community.
Follow Routes from your wrist
The Strava Apple Watch app, recently honored as Apple Watch App of the Year, has now officially launched Route navigation and maps globally. This update allows all subscribers to follow saved Routes directly from their wrist, bringing the complete training ecosystem - including planning, training, and progress tracking - to the watch.
New Club event tools
Club organizers can create events for any Strava sport, set RSVP limits, and make it easier to find past and upcoming events—all in one place.
Instant Workouts, now hands-free
Subscribers get personalized workout recommendations based on recent activity and weekly goals (Maintain, Build, Explore, or Recover). Launching today, you can now send running and riding workouts directly to your Apple Watch or Garmin for hands-free guidance.
Winter sports, upgraded
Real-time run tracking automatically removes chairlift time for accurate downhill performance. Subscribers get detailed winter maps showing trails, lifts, and terrain. Plus new live elevation tracking across all winter sports, right on your wrist or phone.
Keeping leaderboards fair
We reprocessed the top 100 rides across all ride leaderboards using improved e-bike detection, removing 3.9 million activities (including **2.3 million e-bikes) so competition stays fair and progress stays meaningful.
These updates are about supporting how you and your crew move. More improvements coming soon - tell us what you’d love to see next.
